Booking Terms

Template – deposit, payment deadlines and cancellation scale to be agreed with the host. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply in addition.

1. Contract

An enquiry via this website is non-binding. The accommodation contract is only concluded with our written booking confirmation by email.

2. Prices

The prices agreed at the time of confirmation apply. All prices are gross prices in euros, plus the tourist tax of the municipality of Laterns. Final cleaning is charged at a flat rate of €150.

3. Deposit & payment

A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: - free until 14 days before arrival
- until 7 days 50%
- within 7 day no refund

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

5. Arrival & departure

The house is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

6. Occupancy & house rules

The holiday home may be occupied by a maximum of 8 people. Hen, stag and similar parties are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside. Please treat the house and its contents with care; culpably caused damage must be compensated.

7. Applicable law

Austrian law applies. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers. The German version of these terms is legally binding.
